Comments:

Rip Rense on the liner notes of The Lost Episodes (1996):

A stalwart little polymetric piece composed in the late '60s, with acrobatic percussion passages (...). Possibly named because of the martial arts-like moves required to play it, is a fine illustration of FZ's lifelong penchant for percussion, and rhythm-driven compositions.

Touring versions from Foggy G's We're Only In It For The Touring:

1968: This is a classical piece of composed music, found on the popular 4-CD Apocrypha boot. It is very similar to "Some Ballet Music" (found on The Ark), highlighting the ensemble playing of the horn section and the percussionists.

1973-74: Essentially performed as on "The Lost Episodes", allowing for obvious differences in instrumentation.
